Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable, and you will be notified of this at the time of purchase.

Please contact us at contact@cafegitaneparis.fr quoting your order number for instructions on how to return your item.

The item must be unused, in the exact condition you received it, with the Cafe Gitane Paris authenticity tag attached, and in its original pouch and box. Items that appear worn will not be refunded. We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.

Our returns policy lasts 14 calendar days from receiving your order. No refund will be accepted after that timeframe. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and issue a voucher for the value of the item, valid for six months.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over £50, we recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

All products carry a standard 1-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is void for damage caused by the customer, including perfume, bleach, heat exposure or general wear. Tarnishing from chemical contact is not a fault, see our care instructions on the About page.
